Vacant Interiors of Denver, Colorado, is a one-stop shop dedicated to excellence in customer service and workmanship. Our customers are remodeling homeowners, realtors, property managers, banks, real estate companies, investors, and their customers. We have a dedicated staff of estimators, office support, and specially trained crews. When you set an appointment with us we usually give you your estimate within 24 hours! Then we introduce you to a person who will be your single point of reference for scheduling, change orders, additions, information, and even invoicing. You can rest assured that the repairs will be done on time, within budget, and in the proper order. One call does it all!
At Vacant Interiors, our in-house employees do much of our work, as well as dedicated sub-contractors for high volume periods and specialty trades. We carry all appropriate insurance, including liability and worker’s compensation and are well established and respected in the community.
